With over 30 years experience, AESA is specialised in designing steam & condensate system, air ventilation
system and filtration units for paper machines. Our design ensures an optimisation of the heat transfer, the
sheet runnability and the sheet quality with a flexibility and an optimum energy consumption for paper production.
In the paper drying process, the steam & condensate section can be interlinked to the air ventilation section and so minimize
the global energy requirement for the process. In this vision, AESA has for target to optimize the steam consumption of the
drying sections with optimizing steam network and reuse the steam waste for preheating the air section.
AESA is providing design and equipments for Air conditioning, filtration and dust collection systems in paper mills.
For process producing dust and fluff (for example Tissue Paper Industry), AESA provides filter suction units based on
LTG technology to avoid dust accumulation on the sheet, on the machines and in the ambient air.
