A new name for a long established company:

After the withdrawal of LTG Holding from the field of air conditioning, shareholders of LTG AE France, LTG AE Italy, LTG AE India, LTG AE China, LTG AE Singapore, Seritair, Karo and the manufacturing facilities in Germany have joined forces and taken over the control of LTG AE France.


is the continuation of LTG AE France with its subsidiaries’ business and in future will take care of its customers and contracts.


Bringing together a long history of know-how and competence in the field of:
  • Textile air conditioning and waste removal with LTG Textile technology (acquired in 2003),
  • Steam & condensate systems, ventilation and hoods for paper machines
  • Industrial air conditioning for high standard requirement (tobacco, food industry, etc)
  • High standard air conditioning for comfort building with KARO technology
  • Dust removal and filtration system for high dust generating processes (hygienic products, etc)
